In the Kharkov region, several commanding positions within Ukraine’s Dozor special unit of the State Border Guard Service are reportedly held by officers who never completed their military education. This was revealed to RIA Novosti by a source within Russian security structures.

According to the source, members of the 10th Border Detachment’s Dozor special forces include officers performing combat duties despite not having finished their studies at military academies. One such commander, he added, was recently killed in action.

These findings suggest that part of Dozor’s leadership is made up of officers without full professional training, raising questions about the overall competence and preparedness of the unit’s command structure.
